1. Registration Information
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your registration credentials. ISCCM Hyderabad Chapter reserves the right to cancel registrations found to contain false or misleading information.
2. Event Registration
All events listed on our registration portal are subject to availability. The organizers reserve the right to cancel or modify events, schedules, venues, or speaker lineups without prior notice. In the event of a cancellation initiated by the organizers, registered participants will be notified and any applicable refunds will be processed per the Refund Policy below.
3. Payment and Fees
- Payment for event registration is required in full at the time of registration.
- GST (Goods and Services Tax), where applicable, is included as part of the final displayed amount.
- All payments are processed securely via PhonePe Payment Gateway. ISCCM Hyderabad Chapter does not store card or banking details.
- Prices are subject to change without notice until the point of payment confirmation.
4. Code of Conduct
All attendees are expected to behave in a respectful, professional, and lawful manner during events. ISCCM Hyderabad Chapter reserves the right to terminate registration and deny access to any attendee who violates this code, without refund.
5. Intellectual Property
All content published on this registration portal — including conference materials, schedules, speaker information, and branding — is the property of ISCCM Hyderabad Chapter. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of any content may violate copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.
6. Privacy
Your personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering, you consent to the collection and use of your data for the purposes described therein.
7. Limitation of Liability
ISCCM Hyderabad Chapter shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in or inability to attend any event. Our maximum liability in any event is limited to the registration fees paid by you for the specific event in question.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
9. Changes to Terms
ISCCM Hyderabad Chapter reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the registration portal after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

General Refund Principle
Registration fees are generally non-refundable once a successful payment has been made. We encourage all participants to review the conference details thoroughly before completing registration.
Exceptions
- Duplicate payment: If you are charged twice for the same registration due to a technical error, the duplicate charge will be fully refunded within 7–10 business days.
- Event cancellation by organizer: If the conference is cancelled by ISCCM Hyderabad Chapter, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10–15 business days.
- Technical failures: If a payment is deducted but the registration is not confirmed due to a payment gateway error, the amount will be refunded within 5–7 business days after investigation.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method (UPI, card, or net banking) within 5–15 business days depending on your bank's processing time. ISCCM Hyderabad Chapter will initiate the refund within 3 business days of approval.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund for an eligible case, contact the conference secretariat with your registration confirmation, transaction ID, and reason for the refund request. Refund requests submitted without supporting details may not be processed.

Cancellation by Participant
- More than 30 days before the event: Cancellation requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis. An administrative processing fee may be deducted.
- 15–30 days before the event: No refund, but the registration may be transferred to another eligible delegate with prior written approval from the organizer.
- Less than 15 days before the event: No refund and no transfer of registration.
Registration Transfer
A registered delegate may nominate a substitute from the same institution or organization, subject to the following conditions:
- The request must be submitted in writing at least 15 days before the event.
- The substitute must meet the eligibility criteria for the same registration category.
- Only one transfer is permitted per registration.
Cancellation by Organizer
ISCCM Hyderabad Chapter reserves the right to cancel or postpone the event due to force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, government directives, etc.) or any other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, all participants will be notified as early as possible and a full refund will be processed.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the conference secretariat. Verbal or phone requests will not be entertained. Please retain a copy of your request for your records.
